Lately

Lately:

Mollie wants a selfish amount of belly scratches (which I love giving)
Fondue on valentines
Breakfast of choice: vanilla yogurt with granola and raspberries
Enjoying the new downtown Harmons
Sewing bday present for brother
Massive chocolate covered strawberries from Zupas
Blue Skies
Finding old favorite books at Kings English book store

I also added some sock monkeys to my Etsy shop.

Today Elliott is in his scuba diving class and I was supposed to go skiing. But today decided to be really windy and cloudy. So I finished some projects instead!

My little brother turns 16 this weekend. I can't believe it. I was just 16. I'm really excited for him though. He's one of my best friends ever....

So glad it's the weekend.

Episode 1 and New Pillows

Elliott's radio show, The Story Ark, is officially up and running! This first episode is more of a short really and is about the mortuary business (the family business on his side). It's only 10 minutes so check it out.

He's working on his new episode, Running Away, as I write and you read this post.

I just threw some new pillows in my Etsy shop. Take a look if you're interested.

Sold!

I have my first paying customer in the pillow business! Check it out and follow my progress on my blog: www.made4good.blogspot.com (using a number to replace a word? Lame, I know but the other option was taken).

Made For Good

What a great weekend. Fresh snow, Sundance film (Egyptian Theatre pictured above), sushi, breakfeast, comedian Mike Birbiglia live, & Sunday dinner.

We saw the movie Your Sister's Sister at the Egyptian Theater in Ogden. It was beautiful and had a twinkling ceiling. The movie was fantastic. I really liked it because it was funny and was about family, friendship, and forgiveness. We have tickets to two more Sundance films this weekend. Can't wait.

This is new: I just opened up an Etsy shop. It's called Made For Good and the shop name is MFGood. It's in it's infancy right now and I'm only offering one product: the custom made pillows. So if your interested or know someone who is, go and check it out... My goal for this shop is to eventually be able to donate a percentage of profits to a local charity, but I need to get the word out first.

Tonight I'm working on a new project that will hopefully make it into the shop in the near future.

Elliott's working on editing his next radio episode: Running Away. Is it going to be good? Well every time Elliott listens to his interview tape with his friend Aaron he is always giggling. You be the judge.
