Wipe That Smile On Your Face

The past few weeks have been great. They've been full of school, hiking, a little sun, blooming flowers, and a Real game. I was lucky enough to head down to Zion last weekend with my family (elliott had to stay behind for school). We hiked the east rim of the canyon and the weather was absolutely perfect. I was starting to forget what it felt like to spend an entire day out in the sun. The water level was really high which made the hike ammmmazing. There were a ton waterfalls and pools of water you could dip into. Gear up for a lot of pictures....

First of all, this was Mollie while we were loading up the car. She always sneaks under there probably thinking it will keep us from leaving.... it breaks my heart.

But Elliott kept her company over the weekend, so off we went:

Feels good on the feet:

And...my mom fell in. Obviously I thought it was pretty funny:

These trees are in full bloom all around the valley:

On Campus
Bruges Waffles!
Last Wednesday, we were lucky enough to go to the Real game. It was a huge game, and unfortunately, they lost. But the atmosphere was great and it was the most fun game we've been to.

And finally.. Mollie went in for a teeth cleaning a few days ago and ended up getting 9 teeth pulled due to infection. If you can't tell from the picture, she's on strong drugs and a little out of it.

Oh how I love her

And that's what we've been up to!

Also noteworthy:
1. Elliott received a scholarship from the Salt Lake Tribune (local slc newspaper).
2. Elliott was offered the editor position of the arts section of the Chrony (U of U newspaper)

Elliott and I graduate this week (after a long week of finals). His parents are coming up on Thursday and we're ready to see them and take them to our new favorite restaurants!
